History
The association was created in 1974 to assist the developing countries.
Today 70 % of our activity is in France and 30 % overseas.
Organization
The Board of Directors counts 18 members of Ecti plus three French companies : Syntec Ingénierie, Total S.A. and Ubifrance.
Our President - Georges Dupasquier
Georges Dupasquier holds a diploma from the « Ecole Polytechnique » in France and a Master of Science Industrial Administration. He spent his career in the oil industry where he held managerial positions with Mobil and Total groups.
